Shipping and delivery time within the Kingdom: 2-5 working days, from 48 hours to a maximum of 120 hours, and the time may increase during annual seasons.

Shipping companies are contacted to track the shipment.

The store is not responsible for any order if the customer does not respond to the shipping company.

If the item you received is damaged or defective, you can submit a handling request to customer service immediately after receiving the order through the store's approved communication channels in order to take the necessary action regarding receiving and inspecting the item and completing the procedures (excluding outer packaging such as cardboard, plastic materials, etc.).
