Return and Exchange Policy
- To benefit from return, exchange and warranty services, you must bring the original invoice.
- The customer has the right to return or exchange the products within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition as it was when purchased, with all its accessories.
- FORTIME Store has the right to cancel any customer’s order in the event of a defect on the website, an error in the stated price, or the product’s stock running out, and to return the amount to the customer’s bank account or card. The customer has no right to demand that the product be provided.
- If the product you want to exchange is not available in one of our branches or through the website, we will contact the customer to obtain their permission if they wish to exchange another product.
- If the product malfunctions during the warranty period, it will be repaired by the companies that represent the brands whose products are displayed in the store.
- The customer bears the shipping cost in the event of an exchange or return.
- When returning, the product contents must be complete as they arrived to the customer, including the model identification barcode card, the model box, and other contents.
Second: Warranty Policy
- Warranty period is two years from the date of purchase.
- The warranty covers only manufacturing defects.
